Cyberspace Law: Federated Identity Management Legal Task Force

The Cyberspace Committee has established a Task Force to address the legal issues faced by all participants in federated identity management processes. The goals of the Task Force are to:
- Identify and analyze the legal issues that arise in connection with the development, implementation and use of federated identity management systems
- Identify and evaluate appropriate legal models to address these IdM issues
- Develop model terms and contracts that can be used by the various parties
